The Zagreb School of Economics and Management is organizing an MBA Open Day with a Masterclass by professor Dino Dogan, PhD, on the topic “Strategic Management and Managerial Ego” . Participating in the class will gain experience studying in the ZSEM MBA program. In addition to participating in the lecture, participants will meet ZSEM lecturers and students. At the presentation of the MBA program that will follow the Masterclass, the participants will meet the dean, dr. Mato Njavro, Vice Dean of the Graduate MBA Program, Maja Martinović, MBA concentrations program directors, as well as the administrative staff who will present study opportunities at ZSEM.
The MBA Open Day will be held on Thursday, June 1, starting at 7 pm on Zagreb School of Economics and Management campus.
In addition to giving MBA Open Day participants an accurate impression of studying, it will enable them to network and exchange information and experiences with MBA students, the ZSEM Management, lecturers, and administrative staff.
As part of the lecture, we will have the opportunity to listen to Petra Božić, who decided on the Program with an Additional Degree in cooperation with Kedge Business School, and Vedran Raspović, director of Supply Chain at TŽV Gredelj, who completed the Executive MBA program.
After the Masterclass and presentation of the MBA program, the gathering will continue with refreshments on the terrace of the Cafe Bar Linea on the Zagreb School of Economics and Management campus.
Who is it MBA Open Day for?
Dr. Dogan is the dean of the Luxembourg Business School in Luxembourg. He is also the founder and general director of the Zagreb business and management consulting company Dogan Consulting doo. Over the years, he was a guest professor at the Faculties of Economics at the University of Stuttgart and Zagreb and the Business Academy in Stuttgart. Dr. Dogan is a senior lecturer at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. He co-founded the German International School in Zagreb and the Zagreb Foundation Knowledge in Action. From 2012 to 2014, Dr. Dogan was the President of the German-Croatia Chamber of Industry and Crafts in Zagreb, and today he is the honorary President of the chamber. He was an adviser to a Western European government. Dr. Dogan is a member of the ICT Advisory Board of the company GDi d.o.o. He is a member of the Zagreb Rotary Club. Dr. Dogan is the author of numerous professional and scientific articles and books.
Dr. Maja Martinović received her doctorate at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and completed International Faculty Development program at IESE Business School in Spain. At ZSEM, she teaches courses in the field of the strategy of marketing, serves as head of the Department of Marketing and Tourism, and is vice dean of the graduate MBA study. She taught at the MBA study of the Barcelona Management Institute and the MBA study at Sarajevo Graduate School of Business in collaboration with Texas A&M University-Commerce University and Burch University (IBU).
