From May 26 to 28, 2023, Dr. Maja Martinović, Vice Dean of ZSEM’s Graduate MBA Program, participated in the conference “Tourism Higher Education between China and the “Belt and Road” Countries” organized by Ningbo University and the University of Angers Joint Institute at Ningbo University, Zhejiang, China. Vice Dean Martinović met with Dean Mr. Shen and Vice-Chancellor Mr. Yao and their associates, heads of international programs in the field of tourism, at work meetings. The conference was dedicated to establishing cooperation between China and European countries. In addition to various Chinese universities, representatives of the Chinese government participated there, leading institutions in the field of tourism and professors from France, Spain, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Greece, and other countries. On that occasion, Vice Dean Martinović also presented on the strategic management of higher education institutions in the field of tourism entitled “Higher Education Strategies in Tourism: Focus on the International Differentiation and Institutional Success.”
