The Zagreb School of Economics and Management organizes a special semester for educational institutions wishing to send a group of students to study abroad. The program includes a large range of business and non-business courses taught in English, visits to companies, cultural excursions, and organized social activities for students. For several years now, our school has hosted a group of undergraduate students from Meiji Gakuin University in Tokyo. This year, the 4th generation of students from the aforementioned university will study at ZSEM from August through December. For 17 students from the Meiji Gakuin University, the special program includes: a regular exchange semester, plus 2 additional courses: Business English, and Croatian Culture and Language. In addition to this, there will be city sightseeing, brucosijada which is a welcome weekend to the Croatian Adriatic Sea, as well as visits to companies like the Croatian National Bank (HNB), and the Esplanade Hotel which was once the station for the Orient Express. The aim of the program is for the students to get acquainted with Croatia, its customs and culture during the 4 months of study. More information about the program can be found here.
