This project aims to introduce ZŠEM and its students and alumni to successful employers. Student Future Day enables quality matching of supply and demand in the labor market, i.e., it enables companies to have easier access to motivated students and faster and more efficient finding of quality students for permanent and temporary student jobs, creation of a database, at the same time helping ZŠEM students to find professional practice and potentially permanent employment, depending on the needs of a particular company at a specific moment. By participating in the SFD, students can easily transition from their studies to the labor market.
This event represents the pinnacle of student placement in the labor market and continuous cooperation with the most successful companies in the Croatian market.
Participating companies SFD provides access to the best students of ZSEM to recognize ideal candidates for practical work and student or permanent jobs among them. By participating in this event, companies strengthen their image as desirable employers among the upcoming generations in the labor market.
