The Zagreb School of Economics and Management received the highest grade of ADVANCED LEVEL for its quality assurance system! Thus, ZSEM is the best-rated higher education institution in the Republic of Croatia in the process of external independent evaluation of the quality assurance system.
The evaluation was conducted by the Agency for Science and Higher Education (AZVO). Its international expert commission visited ZSEM on 22 and 23 September 2020. It conducted an audit of the quality assurance system, measuring it according to existing Croatian and European standards.
After over twelve years of creating a quality assurance system, it has reached an enviable level, and ZSEM has finally received confirmation that it is the best.
According to ZSEM Quality Committee Chair, Edda Apfenthaler, according to all audit criteria that include: quality policy, planning and management, implementation and monitoring, assessment and improvement, innovation and impact, ZSEM was rated the highest, ADVANCED level.
Dean of the Zagreb School of Economics and Management Mato Njavro, PhD, points out that “the school has been committed to quality since its inception, and there would be no excellent results without the teamwork of all school staff and stakeholders.”
The ceremonial awarding of the AUDIT certificate to the Zagreb School of Economics and Management will take place on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 5 pm on our new campus in Vukasovićeva Street 1.
