The ZSEM MBA program includes nine different concentrations that you can choose from, and it is taught by a combination of Croatian and foreign professors and experts using advanced teaching methods and integrating computer simulations into classes. Additional Degree Program
Modeled after some of the most successful programs in the world, the Executive MBA concentration is an interdisciplinary program that includes key courses from all graduate MBA programs at ZŠEM.
The Global Executive MBA concentration is designed to provide students with the highest quality knowledge in the primary areas of the MBA program, such as strategy, marketing, management, finance and accounting.
The duration of the program is 12 months
Lectures are in the afternoon and/or on weekends
10 compulsory and 2 optional courses, 60 ECTS points

During their studies, students complete 1 mandatory professional internship, and 94% of students are employed during or within a year of completing their studies. The main activities of the Career Center are career planning, student self-assessment, professional orientation, cooperation with companies, organization of guest lectures, visits to companies, assistance in finding employment and professional internships.
Lectures in the afternoon or on weekends allow students to balance business, family and academic obligations. Working in small groups enables an individual approach and guarantees a high quality of education. Through interactive tasks, projects and case studies, students have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills necessary for adaptation in the globalized business world.
