As part of the conference “Women in Business”, which was held on Wednesday 13.10.2021. from 12:15 to 13:45 at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, Julie Felker, Ph.D., gave a lecture on the topic of Gender Differences in Leadership: Fact vs Fiction.
Julie Felker is a professor at the Luxembourg School of Business, where she teaches courses related to strategic human resource management, such as Human Resource Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Organizational Change. is a consultant for organizational development at the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan, where she conducts management education programs and provides technical assistance to developing economies – in the Philippines, Rwanda, and Algeria. In addition to teaching at the Luxembourg School of Business, she is a guest lecturer at ESAN University in Peru, the University of Padua, and the Fondazione CUOA in Italy. At the University of Ventspils in Latvia, she is a member of the International Advisory Board and is a senior researcher at the Center for Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Regional Development (CEIRD).
