As part of promoting its four-year study program Business mathematics and economics (BME), ZŠEM has participated in the event Math Evening 2016 by organizing a workshop on the topic Supply chain management. Participants included students from the Business mathematics and economics program. They played the Lego game, which is used to simulate the workings of a supply chain, solved theoretical problems related to optimization of supply chain processes, and participated in an on-line quiz over the Kahoot! platform.
Previously, the students of the BME study program prepared various materials for the event, which were distributed to schools and other institutions that participated in the event, and two BME students opted to help organize workshops in the high schools they graduated from.
The sponsor of Math Evening 2016 on ZŠEM was Cedevita.
