A team from the Agency for Science and Higher Education together with representatives of the Canadian Postsecondary Education Quality Assessment Board (PEQAB), an agency that is part of the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development, visited the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. The PEQAB Agency has created the Ontario province’s qualifications framework and manages the quality of programs at the colleges and universities in the area, as well as private and university universities outside the Ontario region. At the meeting, representatives shared their experiences with internal quality assurance, qualification framework and evaluation of higher education programs. The Zagreb School of Economics and Management presented its quality management system and pilot program implemented within the framework of the Croatian Qualifications Framework. Attendees from PEQAB included Mary Catharine Lennon and Jason Yeung, while AZVO representatives included by Ms. Đurđica Dragojević and ZSEM’s team was lead by the school’s Associate Dean and Chairman of the Quality Committee Maja Martinović, PhD.
